I was referred to Pacific Oral Surgery in Simi Valley in late January of this year. Dr. Carlson removed my tooth painlessly, clearly demonstrating a high level of competency and was friendly throughout - the staff was also very helpful and pleasant. The office setting was lovely and calming. Incredibly, I found myself in need of having another molar removed yesterday. I woke up with immense jaw pain and swelling and through referral found myself here later that same morning. They were able to calmly walk me through my options and tailored their care to my specific circumstance and I was able to get oral surgery right there. Dr. Sarraf was extremely professional and helpful
I normally do not write reviews but I was very upset after my oral surgery consultation. Despite me being of legal age the assistant asked all of the sensitive personal health questions IN FRONT OF MY PARENT. she then lied and said "that she needed to do some special extra x ray." This of course really scared me, I come to find out she just wanted to "apologize" for disregarding my medical privacy. This women has a terrible bedside manner. The whole team here from my first appointment to the surgery day was amazing. I am terrified of dentists but Dr Carlson made procedure super painless and easy. The front office staff is so nice and welcoming it makes you feel more at ease through the whole process. Would recommend them to anyone needing their services. Also— just wanted to add that I had to go back because I had a dry socket and Christy answered the phone and got me in the same day and was so compassionate and so caring. Extremely disappointed at the display of unprofessionalism by the DDS telling my wife she had "a lot of kids" with a judgmental tone. We will not be returning, or my "lot of" kids. Thank you,
