Dr. Carlson was very kind and made me feel very much at ease from the moment I met him. I highly recommend this practice for anyone needing oral surgery!
I can’t recommend Pacific Oral Surgery enough. A true 10/10 experience. Dr. Sarraf and his team removed an extremely painful, infected tooth with incredible care and skill. They went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and immediately addressed any pain throughout the procedure. If you need oral surgery, this is the team you want in your corner!
I was referred to Pacific Oral Surgery in Simi Valley in late January of this year. Dr. Carlson removed my tooth painlessly, clearly demonstrating a high level of competency and was friendly throughout - the staff was also very helpful and pleasant. I woke up with immense jaw pain and swelling and through referral found myself here later that same morning. They were able to calmly walk me through my options and tailored their care to my specific circumstance and I was able to get oral surgery right there. Dr. Sarraf was extremely professional and helpful
I normally do not write reviews but I was very upset after my oral surgery consultation. Despite me being of legal age the assistant asked all of the sensitive personal health questions IN FRONT OF MY PARENT. she then lied and said "that she needed to do some special extra x ray." This of course really scared me, I come to find out she just wanted to "apologize" for disregarding my medical privacy. This women has a terrible bedside manner.
