I was first impressed by the politeness of the lady that made my appointment! Then I completed the online registration. That was the easiest form I ever filled out! I called the office to make sure they received the registration and the photos of my insurance cards. They did. At my consultation visit everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. The doctor was friendly and was sure all my concerns were addressed. When I left I felt pleased that I had chosen Pacific Oral Surgery for my extraction. Thank you!
I had my first consultation with Dr. Carlson. He was very patient and gave a thorough description of the process I would be going through. He outlined my choices well. I feel like I am in good hands. I since then have had surgery. All went amazingly well! I have waited 3 months and will now have a post implanted for a new tooth in 4 months.
