Went well, ry efficient
Dr. Beckley and the office staff are wonderful. The are professional, courteous and very informative. I have had several procedures done with Dr. Beckley and I honestly cannot speak enough about what a terrific surgeon he is. He has experience with Cleft Pallet and that knowledge has always me feel comfortable.
I was in a bike accident and the left side of my face took the brunt of the impact. It took a while ( 2 months ) for me to find the right kind of doctor (maxillofacial surgeon) .... and I was getting a bit anxious not knowing what was the cause and remedy for my condition was. quick, easy and comfortable
The experience with Dr. Beckley is like no other I've ever experienced. Every step of the process was extremely efficient, organized and with the right level of communication. Dr. Beckley took the time to explain the procedure and address any questions I had. He provided detailed instructions for after care and continued to follow-up personally after the procedure. I would recommend it to 100%
The office staff is professional, timely and cheerful. They were friendly and set my young son at immediate ease. The xray technology appears state of the art and the images were excellent. Dr. Beckley himself explained everything very thoroughly and set forth the path moving forward succinctly and clearly. I will absolutely recommend and refer people to this office.
Six years ago Dr. Beckley did a few dental procedures and I already knew of the quality of his dental care and office staff. Now I had a dental emergency and Dr. Beckley and staff were very helpful to provide a quick appointment. After spending time looking for the problem it turned out that the visit would have been unnecessary if other dental issues had been troubleshooted first. I was not charged for the app or x-rays.
Very professional before I knew it the procedure was done and I’m doing very well no pain at all highly recommend to somebody else this is the third time I’ve been to the office and I travel all the way from Tracy I like it so well
The office was very friendly and efficient. They even called to let me know that they were running a little AHEAD of schedule in case I wanted to come in early!! Really! AHEAD of schedule! Dr. Beckley was comforting an professional and the surgery went very well. Then a few hours after the procedure, the office called just to check on me and answer any questions...These things alone would make 5 stars most places...BUT..., on the following day, a Saturday, Doctor Beckley HIMSELF personally called to check in on me!!
