Highly recommend. I have been going here for a couple years now and could not be more pleased with the customer service and quality of care.
The eyeglasses I have bought here have always matched my vision perfectly. I have always been able to wear them immediately with no discomfort and no period of adjustment, despite high corrections and complex lenses. This is not true for eyeglasses from the famous "big box store." The staff is extremely courteous and thoughtful. Although I have to travel completely across town to come to this store I am happy to do so because of my confidence in their work. Top quality for top dollar.
I would give Dr. Fujisaki 6 stars if I could. I had a perfect experience - and that's saying something, because I am a very harsh critic of everything and everyone in the health-care industry. I pull no punches and am not politically correct. But I can't think of one thing she should have done differently or better. Alison is now my favorite eye doctor ever, anywhere.
Nice people and good service. Prices for glasses were more expensive than discount places.....but they are more customer service oriented. I chose to buy elsewhere.
Dr. Fujisaki was very meticulous and really took time to find the precise lens that worked just right for me, my mother, and father. Much better than two other places I've been to. I moved to a different city, but keep going to Dr. Fujisaki because she wrote me glasses prescription that gave me the best vision clarity. They were also very helpful in helping me find frame that looked good on me.
