good for most part.. honestly this company was good overall the only thing that i would suggest that they do differently is to be better at getting back to the customer right away. it looks like i was the only one who had this issue so maybe it was just a bad time of the year for the loan officer who knows. but i had a hard time getting in touch with him. but once we got the process going the transaction went smoothly :0
^quick and simple^ My wife and I wanted to refi our home to help us pay off the loan for our benefit and also the benefit of our children...who will one day inherit the house. We had called a few places to check their prices and knowledge. This place seemed to be the best overall to get the job done. After getting all the paper work done which took what felt like forever..the process was super quick and very easy. We would go with them again if we had the choice.
Excellent Service This company has the highest ratings on the BBB for any other mortgage lending company on the web!! Their service also reflects that rating as they treated us like good friends. They gave us a great deal on a new mortgage opportunity and we are so happy we chose to give them a try!!
Got a very much needed change in our payment The only bad thing was that with our situation we had to come up with some cash to go through with the refinance transaction. However, they say that this is not the usual we just didn't qualify for the LTV ratio. But we are saving much more now and are not even worried about our payment each month now!
We are in the process of a refinance now.. Well we got news of the company from our son actually whom had heard of them and that they were good. We are currently involved in a refinance to our second mortgage with them and they gave us a quote of 3.9%!!! So we are so excited and almost can't believe the rate so we will see if it actually goes through..
Got help from Pac 1 when no one else could help... We had been trying to refinance then giving up for periods of time then trying again...for the past 6 years!!!!!! Then we found pacific one lending the mortgage and real estate company online and we found that they have a high reputation and mentioned that they can help many of those whom couldn;t be helped elsewhere. Great Overall Experience I talked with Mike over the phone and he really has our best interests at heart. I can tell that he really cares about my situation and has compassion for our family and helping us. Great staff here they took care of everything for us... I really felt that this was going to be a scam i was so scared to work with anyone about my mortgage...It took them alot of convincing to get me to do business with thwm ..but once i did i was very glad i did because they turned out to be the best group of people that were so trustworthy....they showed me how they are liscensed and everything with th e bbb.
