I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr Massa regarding my endometriosis treatment. Instead of initially recommending a short-term medication like birth control, she opted for surgery, which could have been avoided. Post-surgery, I was not advised to take birth control, which is the standard approach to managing the condition effectively. When my endometriosis returned, she refused to provide further treatment. Dr Massa has been my gynecologist for over 15 years. She was very forward thinking with my testing and care for osteoporosis and issues with my intermittent urgency to urinate. Very gentle and supportive!
Doc Massa helped me immensely with the successful delivery of my baby girl, she quickly identified that my pitocin wasn’t strong enough so I was able to finally deliver my girl after more than 4 hours of pushing. I’ll be forever grateful for her!
I cannot thank Dr. Massa enough. She was the on call OBGYN when we were delivering. We had pushed for 2 hours with little progress. She came in, and quickly readjusted me and the repositioning was miraculous! I only pushed 3 more times before the baby was ready to come out and it did in 30 minutes! She really knew her anatomy and how to help patients. We were so desperate and thought it was going to be a c-section.
