Robert and his crew have been incredible throughout this whole journey. Despite some hangups with our insurance and navigating a process completely unfamiliar to us, they’ve been punctual, honest and incredibly helpful the whole time. It’s never fun to lose your kitchen from a burst water line but we now have an entirely new kitchen beyond our wildest dreams. All of the people that I worked with at this company, from the top to the bottom, were kind and conscientious. They provided professional services and estimates that allowed me to be paid by my insurance company. They were respectful and patient through the process.

Great people to work with! Did a fantastic job and showed up on time! They had to come back 3 times to check on a spot in my basement that hadn't quite dried. Passed inspection. Another company gave me a lower bid, and I wanted to use a local company, so PNW matched the other companys' bid! Highly recommend.

Poor communication regarding when they would be on site. They could not say the night before, they would only call in the late morning when they were already on their way, which made it difficult to plan taking our dog to daycare for the days they would be working. They said they would prepare a report on what they found, but I haven’t heard from them since they picked up their fans 5 days ago.
