I placed a work order for my stove on 11/09/24 and they received the work order. NOTHING has been done. Even with communicating with them. They have no problem installing smoke detectors, but can’t look at the stove. I do not know if it is maintenance not keeping their schedule, or the property manager failing at her duties to schedule the maintenance team. Someone continues to drop the ball. I will update this if they actually do something.
DO NOT RENT– Negligent, Unprofessional, and Disrespectful If I could give zero stars, I would. I lived in one of their Ridgefield townhouses for three years, and it was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. New to Montana-we moved into West Post in Belgrade at the beginning of January. We are very happy with our new rental home. PNW Land has been wonderful to work with. Strongly recommend to anyone looking to rent in Belgrade.
Worst experience I've ever had with a property management company. Do yourself a favor and run fast and far away from any property offered up by these jokers. Edit: Hi, yes i was unfortunately a renter of one of your properties. Nightmare experience.
If I could put a big fat ZERO I would because she is a bully. Serena will communicate great to get you to rent and then takes days to get back to you with any information after signature. Doesn't follow their own contracts and expects you continue paying rent after you turn in your keys for a APPROVED early move out date!!! Unbelievable this woman!!! unprofessional.
