We had a tour with a meeting point of 2:15 the tour was supposed to leave at 2:45. We showed up at 2:13 and were told that they already left because someone else on the tour said their family wasn’t coming. We are on this trip alone with no family. So we talk to the owner who refused to take any accountability for the situation or help us out to get onto that tour. What a HORRIBLE way to run a business!
If there is anyway to give this tour bus company a zero I surely would do it. Bruce Head, our driver on 8/27 bus number Mid 113 should be fired and if he was my employee he would be. He was verbally abusive to passengers. Threatened to dump us ( the Cruiseline group) off in a foreign country on the street if we (the group) didn’t shut up and listen to his narration. Pacific Northwest Transportation Services operated most of the tour buses and shuttle buses in Victoria, BC. They are pretty good compared to some tour bus companies I used in other cities. They move a huge crowd of passengers very quickly and the condition of the buses is good.
Impressive fleet. It's great to see such a community focused company making a real difference.
The shuttle workers at the pier are some of the nicest people I have met. 3 boats came in at the same time but they kept the line moving very quickly, we waited maybe 10 minutes in a long line we thought wouldn’t get us back. It’s so refreshing to be in a port that isn’t owned/operated by the cruise ship companies, we didn’t mind paying the $15 round trip ticket price as we knew ncl had no monopolies with the stores. They are very professional and treated everyone with respect.
