Dr. Daniel is wonderful in every way, but this Center is TERRIBLE!! Jen, the nurse who gave me an IV needed TWO attempts, the failed one in my forearm, (which she took zero responsibility for) and then the other in my hand which apparently is 10 times more painful!! And then later she joined in with Adam, the Anesthesiologist, both literally laughing and openly teasing me about their suggestion for me to “shave my head” and Adam calling me “silly” several times because I have concerns regarding safety management of my hair. ... read more
I have had many procedures here since this facility opened. Multiple RFA and a sacral fusion. This team is kind, cheerful, helpful…a very fun group. They anticipate my needs, repeatedly check my comfort level pre and post procedure and after surgery provided sufficient pain control. Didn’t have to walk but a short distance and my Walker stayed in my assigned surgical bay. Facility is clean as one would expect. This is a great team and would highly recommend as they work seamlessly my doctor.
The lady who works in scheduling and answers the phone should probably read up on how to converse properly other human beings - Immediately confrontational and condescending no more than 10 seconds into the phone call. Is it that hard to be nice to people?
I’ve had 2 procedures with this surgical center. I’m so impressed. I worked in hospitals and know the difference between good care and bad. The facility it clean and well staffed. They have all been kind, caring and focused on comfort I would highly recommend. Thank you for such great experiences
