I have the BEST therapist, James G. Therapy has always been hard for me- never really felt supported or had a therapist I clicked with. James is amazing. He has so much knowledge and I feel he completely understands me and absolutely wants to help me feel better. I look forward to seeing him- he makes me feel safe and does not judge me or what I am feeling. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I have the resources that I need. I appreciate him and his process- he is helping me more than he knows.
I unfortunately had an incredibly negative experience with Allison. Initially, she was great, I felt like we were a good match and she was super kind. After a few appointments, I communicated with her that I was doing very poorly, and in the past have required hospitalization for my symptoms. I brought up the possibility of taking FMLA, as my therapist and I thought it was the next best step as I slowly was starting to become unable to function in my daily life. Staff took a long time to respond. They offered me multiple appointments and then kept saying they had to reschedule months out. Really frustrating service and I never got an appointment.
Not recommend at all. patients and providers join them at their own risk. Highly financial discrepancies with the patients and providers and employees
