I have only been seeing Laural for a short-period of time, but this is hands-down the best care I have had in years. Laural makes me feel like a person and I find myself talking to her about all different kinds of subjects. She listens, and shares stories. It is easier to build trust with a caregiver when they take an interest, share things in common, and treat you like you matter. I won the lottery years ago when I found Laural and Amy. They take their time to really listen to you, and they care about what you're saying. When my kiddo aged out of pediatrics they also became a patient of Laural's and couldn't be happier with the care they are receiving. If I could give more than 5 stars this would be the place I'd do it! 🌟
Laural was comforting and detailed! She made me feel heard and we have a path forward. I'm thankful I stumbled onto her! The staff are all very kind also! If you are looking for a primary care that listens to you, she just might be it!
