Extremely unprofessional! The home had a roof that was completely covered in snow. The inspector did not examine the roof but arbitrarily decided that the roof needed to be torn off and replaced simply based upon the supposed age of the roof. Seller had just paid an actual roofing professional to replace some shingles that had been damaged in a big windstorm and was told by the roofer that the roof was in great shape.
