Total thief. No services were provided after having to pay up front. $3480.00 lost with nothing to show for it. Russel happily sells his so called service but was unable to return calls keep appointment, produce any paper work that documented any effort of attempting to do any work, didn’t listen to my wants or needs of my project. BEWARE! This company has stolen $1,000 from my 80 year old father for a project they have never completed - we call and call and voice mail is full - if we happen to get someone they tell us it's done and it's not. My dad is now sitting in the office with no done project or money returned to him. Lied to again that they would be back at 1 today and there he sits in the lobby.
