Very professional and not at all pushy. Oil was very impressed with staff and would recommend them without reservation.
I love my new option hearing aides. The purchase included insurance in the case of losing an aide. I lost an aide! I paid $350 copay and received a new aide. . . . Of the wrong color. Another new aide is on its way. At each visit there was some kind of minor problem. I expect better care than this. I also miss Dr Penner, and believe her leaving may reflect the quality of care under option and she wanted her patients to get better quality of care. Seriously presented, Paul
Theresa was super nice. Took care of my hearing aids issue in a hurry. Only downside was $80 for the visit. Seems pretty pricey for a simple hearing aids fix.
