when you have an appointment scheduled and the provider cancels, the patient should be notified. I paid for my appointment, waited on the call for 15 min, then called the office and was told she is out of office today.... why wasn't i notified? why was i sent a reminder for the appointment but then the appointment didn't actually exist? why was i forced to pay before logging into the call if it was cancelled? this is the second time this has happened. i am asking for a copy of all billing to make sure it aligns with the actu... read more

Extremely disappointed with this clinic’s approach to ADHD assessment. I came in expecting a thorough evaluation, but instead they relied almost entirely on a Creyos computerized test with no real background interview, no discussion about my history, and no questions about how symptoms affect my daily life. Avoid this place like the plague. I've paid over $900 for 15 mins of in person facetime with a nurse practitioner, and 4 follow up virtual appointments that ranged from 4mins - 12mins long. The virtual appointments were made to seem as if they were required, but actually were not. I first saw them in Sept 2024 and in August 2025, I'm still getting bills from my early appointments.
