Disappointed. Been going here for years but my PA left a year ago and it’s been a nightmare getting things done. Just got a new insurance, 2 months in and they still haven’t done the proper paperwork to get a medication authorized. I’ve called probably 10+ times and they “escalated” things to help me out but the supervisor did very little research and basically didn’t care to fix the problem at all. Let’s see if I can ever get them to ever make the 5min phone call.
they are terrible at answering the phone. I called for an hour straight. No one answered. I had to find another psychiatrist.
The lady who answered the call she hangout, and it was a really emergency call.They have a really bad customer service.she was so rude
The assistants assigned to the psychiatrists are irresponsible, uncaring, neglectful, and uncaring. My psychiatrists (2) regular one then a interim. Missed SEVEN (7) of our appointments. I had to go elsewhere. THE PROFESSIONAL DAYS FOR THIS OFFICE ARE GONE.
