One more 1 star review!? Does Gabriel Castro care? I was denied a CD advertised heavily in the NYC area without providing a valid reason not only to me but their own employee Christopher at the NYC branch!! Mind you I have a 870 credit score and I am a Citigold customer!! They are not a real bank so must be a scam. Probably did me a favor to decline my application! How do they stay in business??? Sad!!
I was opening up a CD underneath there app which only has 100 downloads it looks like. I went through the whole thing it took me like at least a half an hour to fill in all the information from beneficiaries and my bank account and all my personal information.. And I had to agree to three things that I read them and I was on the last thing and it timed me out totally right back to the beginning.. there are a lot of charges for a lot of things that I want to check out.
