Tim is a nail god!! He is the man!!!! Went to my last nail lady for over 6 years, and followed her to numerous nail salons in the Niagara region despite the extra drive so I feel I’ve been exposed to a fair amount of salons and their product options in the area. I visited Pacific Nails & Spa on Thursday, November 21st for a 3:45 appointment. I was running late due to traffic, so I called ahead and was told it was fine to come. Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted—just stared at—and was told to sit. The man doing my nails was quite rough with the drill, despite me politely asking him to go lighter as my nails are very thin. Only one lady seems to know how to do nails in the salon. Awful customer service. Poor hygiene. I will never be back.
