Ignoring your customers and not returning their property is not a business I will EVER deal with! I hope the owner rectifies the current issues going on there and returns their customers phone calls and letters left on the door of the shop!!!
RecommendedMatt & Kelsi did a valve adj. + major tune-up in a timely manner on my Aprilia Tuono (1000cc) 60 ci.
Matt and Kelsey are some of the finest people I've ever had the privilege of knowing. their customer service is 2nd to none. And they care about their customers. it's nice to have a bike shop in the area that is personally invested in each and every job they do. I hope to bring my business to them for many years to come.
I've been waiting a moth for clutch parts that I've paid for. Im trying to get my money back but they won't answer the phone.
Big shout out to Matt and Kelsie, they have worked on multiple bikes of mine, street and dirt. Over the top service, quick turnaround times and have proven time and time again to be very resourceful when it comes to finding parts for my victory. I've had the chance to see them work hands on and in no way would I ever trust any thing of mine with another shop, Pacific motorcycle is my go to, Everytime. You folks keep my riding, can't put a big enough thanks to that kind of happiness!
Matt and Kelsey are very helpful and friendly. Matt did a great job on my Road King.
Love this place...I recommend them to anyone...my son is one happy kid to have his bike back!
