Great presentation and installation. I think a follow up call to my mom would be timely.
PMC was in time and our installation of my mothers lift was flawless. It is very simple for her to use and isn't invasive on our staircase . I like the safety features like the locking seat, seat belt and stop mechanism when something is get in its path while moving. So glad we used Pacific Center.

Going to the showroom was enlightening and comfortable. Brian came and installed the unit. He was punctual, efficient, and courteous. BRIAN WAS PCM TODAY AND WAS PROMPT, KNOWLEGEABLE,FAST AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. EVERYTHING WORKS AS ADVERTISED AND I WILL BE SHOWING THE CHAIR LIFT TO ALL MY NEIGHBORS. TODAY IS JUST THE FIRST DAY, BUT I AM DELIGHTED. EVERYTHING GARY VAN ARSDALE TOLD ME WAS SPOT ON.
Installation was smooth and professionally done, and it works flawlessly with all the safety features you would want. It is very easy to use. My visually impaired husband can operate it and even take his walker with him up and down the stairs. It's absolutely great.
