The service at the store was OK. The equipment was satisfactory and works well. However, they are not a registered ******** provider. Because of this, ******** turned down our claim on my husbands scooter and lift that we had installed to help him get around. Had I have known this and that our ***** was going to be turned down I would have looked for a dealer that was a ******** provider. We had a great experience from Pacific Mobility Center. Our initial contact, Gary was very helpful. We then traveled down to the company in San Marcos and were impressed with the customer service. Anthony did an excellent job with installation and setting up our system to perfection. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable about the equipment. My mother loves the stairlift.
