I've stored my valuables with Pacific Mini Storage since 2019. Cheryl has always been a most attentive and excellent manager there. The security is great, and the units and grounds are kept clean. She has always been available to give me friendly and helpful service and is super vigilant as to what goes on. The prices are fair, and the units are easily accessible for loading and unloading. I feel my storage is very safe and secure under her care.
I have been renting multiple spaces from Pacific for years now. I cant say enough how well run it is. The manager is vigilant and kind. I'd recommend you rent here over anyplace in Santa Rosa or Petaluma.
Cheryl is a great manger, place is clean, safe and fair pricing.
Dishonest business. When police department was called they a knowledge that they were aware of their business practices, and that the were not professional.
