Updated review: Been here for 5 years now. It has gotten better when the new management took over. The new manager Karen is amazing. She’s so friendly and goes above and beyond her duties. I’ve never seen the former manager (when this place was still Pacific Melrose Storage) even leave the office, but Karen walks around chats up tenants, checking how we’re doing while making sure the units are safe and the grounds are clean. I feel much safer with Karen here now than before.
