If you are looking for a fast responding and local company, this is it. After another national service dropped the ball on customer service and zero sense of urgency, i reached out to Pacific Medimage. Ralph responded and was in my office the next day for a diagnosis, which got the ball rolling on ordering supplies needed to replace my X-Ray generator batteries. We are a chiropractic/functional medicine office in the San Diego area. Dr. Lim has had film x-rays for 30 plus years! We were long overdue for digital x-rays and Ralph was definitely our guy! He was professional, considerate, helpful, and supportive! He was quick and efficient with his setup process. Ralph is the best in the San Diego area and is willing to bend over backwards to help with any and everything regarding digital x-rays. We're very happy with all the work he's done for our office!

We over at pulmonary medicine and infectious disease group in the city of San Diego are very fortunate to have ran into a company like Pacific Medimage when it was time to upgrade our XR, time is money. Ralph our premium support engineer had the ability to provide us with a DR system to get our equipment operational in a expeditious manner. Thanks guys keep up the great work!

Ralph has been a provider for our busy Orthopaedic office for several years, initially installing our x-ray equipment in 2 very busy x-ray rooms, subsequently helping us procure our upgrade to digital radiography. He has been a problem solver when we have stumbling blocks, and is always available and will bend over backwards to keep us up and running!
