Absolute joke of a place! I would rate 0 stars if I could. 125$ for an ankle brace i could have gone to Walgreens to pay 10$ for the same brace. Instead, I wasn't even told I'd be charged this much when the doctor gave me a brace from this awful company. Thanks for ripping me off!
Zero stars. But it won't matter because like the rest of us - we got scammed during our emergency visits. I always pay my medical bills invoiced through my insurance. This company are scavengers that profit from unsuspecting people in emergency rooms. These crooks deliberately operate out of PO box in California, it's not even an actual medical provider. One star because there are no zero star options. Total scam artists. We were charged $148.00 for a cheaply made fabric arm sling that is anywhere from $12.99-$19.99 at retail depending on where you buy it. Their answer? That is what the insurance company allows. So basically they are taking advantage of my medical provider, the insurance company, and me. Service is the absolute worst as well. Hope they go out of business soon because they are everything that is wrong with the medical field these days.

This company is disgraceful. When I broke my foot I was given a boot which fell apart. Never got a bill until months later. Then I started getting notices with late charges! Their products are inferior quality & their billing department doesn't know what they are doing. Be good to yourself & look elsewhere.
