The absolute worst to deal with. If there are 0 people ahead of me in the call queue, how does it take 30 minutes to answer my call? This company is proficient at wasting time and being notoriously difficult to do anything with billing. Please for the love of everyone’s sanity, do better.

When you give your heart over to evil you get companies charging $150 for a $18 product. I hope a news team does a report on this. Below is the product they charged me for and an almost axact copy on Amazon for $16.12. I’d love to hear the song and dance on how mine was worth $150.
