Came here to post a negative review of their billing practices. Turns out I need to get in line for that. They sent me a bill showing insurance only paid for part of my bill, so I paid the rest online. But then my insurance statement said they paid the entire bill. I called to see if I could get my money back and they said the payment from insurance hasn't cleared yet so they can't refund my money. Zero stars. Terrible company. We visited Zoom+Care for xrays for my son for a sprained ankle and were offered a brace boot for support. Then received a bill from Pacific Medical, Inc. who had charged $410.00 for a boot that costs $54 at other retailers. Our responsibility is $215.00. Sadly, I don't feel this review will save someone from falling into the same trap. But potentially Zoom will stop using Pacific Medical after hearing how dissatisfied their patients are. These people are medical industry scammers. They falsely billed us and the VA for a brace. The VA tried to correct Pacific Medical's false billing for 2 years now and Pacific Medical ignores them. They keep calling us trying to collect on something they did not provide. We have all the records and evidence that Pacific Medical is breaking the law and falsely billing patients.
