July 11, 2022, VA sent me here for new customed inserts! The Caucasian tall lady, insisted on giving her my insert on my feet! She took them and refused to examine my feet for adjustments! I told her I had to walk in them and she insisted on taking them right off my feet! I had a difficult time walking back to my car without any inserts in my shoes which are too large without my inserts! 6 to 8 weeks, the inserts (AKO-331053-12 LEFT&RIGHT FOOT) came in after I kept calling, and the lady wanted to fit them too me. Had the worst experience with customer service ever. Just wanted another knee brace, dr wrote prescription for it. All this lady wanted to do is argue with me over the phone, after my script sat on her desk for a week, that she didn't have all the info from dr. So instead of getting it I had do her job for her. I will never recommend anyone to that office. I ended up going to Evergreen Prosthetics and ortho. The best customer service and informed consent.
Waited over an hour and half after my apartment and they didnt care at all about it
