1.3 star on Google and 5 stars on ratemds for 4 continuous days? Is this even legal and ethic? Reception and front desk is absolutely terrible. A very difficult and frustrating place to go to. I was threatened, literally, to be removed as their patient if I ever go to any walk-in clinics, even on the days they are closed.
The reception is not professional and very demanding to must come into their own walk-in clinic even though there was no on-site doctor on the day. When I asked if I could go to other walk-in clinic because I was really not feeling well, they threatened me if I do that, they will not be my family doctor anymore. I decided to leave this clinic when it doesn’t treat patients need as their priorities.
Staff are extremely unprofessional. Overall structure is a mess
