I'll never forget the horrible experience I had seeing Dr. Cynthia Chung at Silver Star Medical Centre. Her ratings are extremely poor on ratemds and she is literally the worst family doctor I have ever met. She doesn't care about her patients and only cares about the OHIP money. She is pathetic and arrogant. Don't waste your time here. I'm thankful that I have found a family doctor who truly cares about her patients.

The doctors are great and professional. But the front desk and receptionists need to replace by AI. One of them is very rude.
