Doctor Grace Trinh will never value your time unless if you prepared you gifts for each visit. She allow random ppl to run into the room and join your private conversation with the doctor. Even though that person doesn’t know me, but I’m not comfortable having a stranger sitting in the room and listen to the conversation about my health and my body. Very disappointing experience. Someone called me without clearly explaining who they were, why they were calling, or what the issue was. She was speaking so quietly that it was difficult to understand her. I explained that before asking me for personal information, she should first explain the situation, identify herself, explain why she was asking these questions, and tell me how the issue could be resolved. 前台态度不好，郑医生更离谱，预约早上11点15的，10：45 登记完，到了下午快4点才轮到我们，态度还很不耐烦，身边的朋友都转走了，我也打算举家转走，太差劲了，新症千万别来了。
