I have been going to PACMED for the last 20 years for diabetes. Dr Dym is the best. He listens. Adjust meds to my situation. This is the closest to a military hospital with all the specialties available.
Great location with outstanding medical services and support staff.
Provider was good, billing needs work. They billed me the entire amount rather than applying insurance deductible when I stated this was not accurate. They came after me with a collections. They now see the error after doing a 3-way call with insurance.
Dr. Gonzalez has been a great, knowledgeable and thorough provider. He's been very attentive to my concerns and continues to provide high quality patient-centered care. I'm very happy I switched over to him as my PCP since I've moved back here in November from Oregon :)
I am very pleased with the care I recieve from PacMed Northgate. The staff are friendly and helpful and my team is dedicated to following my care and well being. This is a well run clinic and I often recommend to anyone looking to establish their Healthcare
