OMG! You guys need to treat people better. This place is awful, and they seem to be going downhill a lot these days. Better staff and nicer people who answer the phones are in need bug time.

Gone are the days of caring doctors and staff! This place has gone downhill! Once a great place but I'll be dammed if you can talk to a caring person. Their schedulers who they ironically call " Care givers" when you call are obviously annoyed at the very sound of your voice! LOL! Special shout out to DR. Ways who acts like she has much better things to do than see you. Shameful establishment.

Pacmed Northgate has the worst patient services I’ve ever experienced. My doctor went on maternity leave and no one at the clinic is responding to messages to my doctor through Mychart even though I was told to use this system. Reaching someone by telephone at the clinic is a nightmare. I was on hold for over 15 minutes twice and was never able to talk to someone. I am definitely looking for a new clinic outside of Pacmed.

I recently had total knee replacement surgery at OPA. As part of my recovery my doctor prepared a prescription for a Constant Passive Motion (CPM) machine as a supplement to my exercises. My doctor submitted the order for a CPM to PAC Med. When the guy from pac Med learned I had an Pre-op appointment at OPA, he asked if he could just deliver the machine there instead of at my home.
