Very nice, takes the time patients deserve
I've been coming here for years. At first the receptionists were very rude and off-putting, so much so I was considering switching clinics. However, I absolutely love my doctor! I use Dr.Hawthorne and she is awesome. Always helpful and understanding, prompt with her timing and the one time she was late she popped into the room I was in, apologized that another appointment had run late and that it would be just a few more minutes. I enjoy Dr. Burton Silverman a lot. Been my doc for many years and will continue to be. The staff really great. They do everything they can to help you.
