I came here looking to get crutches. I got here at 4:10 and they’re closed. It’s a Tuesday. If you come here you better call ahead. I went through a lot of trouble getting up here for absolutely nothing.

I went there today to get a walker for my upcoming surgery. First of all, it is difficult to find and there are stairs to get into a medical supply store. THEN, they were out of walkers, one of the most basic of medical supplies to me.

I did recently brake my wrist, but I received an invoice from this Company with absolutely no date of service, description, who or what the product was or who ordered it, what my insurance covered, NOTHING! Just says amount due on their company letterhead, nothing else. Ya, like I’m going to pay this??????!!
