My daughter got a arm sling for a broken arm in the er. Billed $148 for a $23 brace. ROBBERY!!!!!
Do NOT accept ANY equipment from your doctor that is provided by this rip-off company! $226 for a wrist guard you can get on Amazon for $12!!! They refuse to tell you how much things will cost, but force you to take them and sign the paperwork stating you will pay the cost!!! Find a different doctor if your uses this company.
This company has been nothing but a headache. I purchased ankle support braces from my doctors office and paid for them there. Since then I've been receiving statements with late fees and negative wording such as "your account is seriously delinquent and no longer in good standing". I have spoken with customer service multiple times, submitting proof of payment and reached out on their website. Yet I'm still getting these statements. Do not waste your time and get product elsewhere.
