I went to this office years ago and they were good back then, but I recently moved back to Pacific and switched here again out of a sense of nostalgia. I am switching though b/c it has been mistake after mistake after mistake now. They told me I had to pay before leaving the office even though every other provider has billed insurance first and then charged me, and now I am having trouble getting them to even submit the claim to the insurance company.
