really bad customer service, specially this guy called Jason poynter.
I have been trying to get it touch with someone for 8 months now. Our house is less than 3 years old and the bathtub is cracked. Everything about using Pacific Manufactured Homes was a nightmare I would not wish on my worst enemy. From delays to lies and everything in between, NEVER use this company! I realize the manufacturer is ultimately responsible for the bath tub, but PMH sold me this lemon.

I purchased my home almost 10 years ago and Pacific Homes has been there whenever I needed them. Donna was a tremendous help with a maintenance issue I was having and went out of her way to make sure I understood what the problem was and the steps that I needed to take to make the necessary repairs. She even checked back with me after the problem had been resolved. That's true customer service. Thank you Pacific Homes A.L.
