02.18.2025 Time management sucks,they ignore all requests from residents of the building 1243 on 36 th street. Problems with hot water have not been solved for the second year. The water heater is broken ( disconnected) ,it is not replaced. There is constantly no hot water . When you turn on the hot water,it is hot for 2-3 minutes, and then immediately cold. There management sucks. They don’t answer tickets to help fix problems in the building. Haven’t seen an exterminator in weeks. Have holes in my ceiling and wall of my bathroom. There repair guys suck and don’t speak a lick of English. So my advice don’t move here
I have tried to contact them about renting a property but they have yet to call me back or just get back to me in general. I am not sure if I should rent a place here anymore.
Lost one of my rent payments, nonresponsive on submitted tickets, impossible to get in touch with.
