We will never use this builder again! Several problems during the building process and at the 1 yr warranty when we needed follow up, they did the initial repairs and no follow up and NO answer after several documented attempts. They dropped the ball. We have had some turnover in this department, so it's possible you are emailing a PLH employee who is no longer employed with us. Please fill out a warranty request form at ******************************************************** so we can find out what's going on and try to resolve your issues if possible.
For the past 18 months we have been trying to work with the warranty and quality teams of PLH based on numerous problems we encountered from day one of moving into our home. The mission statement and values on their website are simply words and based on our experience, we cannot recommend them. We highly suggest anyone considering purchasing a home from PLH to visit Viewridge Hollow in Ridgefield, Washington. Feel free to knock on doors and ask just about anyone about their experience. Pacific Lifestyle is a poorly run company which produces low quality homes. They mislead buyers and do not care about customers. Employees are unprofessional and misogynistic.
Having a home built to our specifications and interior design is a dream come true! We couldn't be happier with our construction experience and the home. PLH was very honest, efficient, caring and professional during the construction process. We felt informed and confident that our home would be finished on the timeline originally set. It seemed daunting, as seniors, to leave the city we had lived in for 40 years, sell our home and build a house from scratch. However, from start to end the entire PLH team dispelled any misgivings about their process. The transparency of the step by step execution of that process gave a great feeling that PLH would deliver a home we would love. Karen King was an exceptional design aid for my wife and I. She gave us a great list of options that fit our budget and our design needs (hard to do both), but she did it. We have a very rustic/eclectic style, but had no idea on how that would look like with a brand new house. Karen took us through the whole design process from selecting flooring to the hardware on the cabinets, giving us exactly what we had envisioned in our heads.
