I have not received our refund of the security deposit ($300) after 2 months. I have contacted them at least 3 times over the past month and they never get back to me with a solution. Ladonna Franke has yet to return an email or phone call regarding the situation. It is unprofessional and I will not be booking with them again.

I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT THIS IS FAKE ! This company is made up do not book any house with them they have a lot too so make sure y’all look before you book 🤷🏾♀️💯
Refused to return our entire deposit after having to cancel due to COVID 19. Kept a $150 “administrative fee” even though we canceled within allotted time frame. Greedy company, would not deal with them again.
We checked out 20 days ago and have not received our deposit back. We have tried to communicate with our contact about it, with no luck. I hope this gets resolved soon.
