My experience with this company has been an utter disappointment. From their complete lack of communication to the utter disregard for the tenants they supposedly work for. Failing to successfully complete repairs, or even respond when requested, lying to, disrespecting, and being generally condescending to their tenants. The apartment I rented was in a building that apparently went into foreclosure because they hadn t been paying the mortgage, but luckily was purchased 2 weeks before auction. I rented a place from this company in the north park area, and not only was it the most run down slum in the neighborhood, but good luck trying to get these people to fix anything either. I had to sue them to get my deposit back in the end, but I got it nonetheless. Very unresponsive and neglectful as landlords.
