When the technician arrived to do my spring start-up he told me that my controller unit was "dead" and wouldn't turn on. He wanted to replace that unit with another one and charge me $560. I told him I wanted to look into other units to find the one I wanted. He seemed disappointed. When I opened up the existing unit, I found that the power wire had been disconnected. Otto came and diagnosed the problem I was having with my sprinklers and made the fix. We ran all 6 zones to make sure all was working correctly. Otto was great and I highly recommend him!
We have used Pacific Lawn Sprinklers to do our Christmas decorations for the past 9 years. This year, although we told the installation crew NOT to step on, climb or lean on the marble balustrade, they did. They knocked over the balustrade, then although advertising and saying in their contract that they are licensed and insured, turned the tables and insisted that they were NOT RESPONSIBLE!!!! These guys have always been great to work with. They show up when they say they will. Their techs are all pros, well able to describe how things work, and they take time to answer questions, including walking around the property to show how things work. Props to David for really taking time to show me things and answer my questions. Thank you! Their prices seemed reasonable to me as well.
They didn’t call when they were on their way. They called me to go and see a leak buried in the garden. Why not call me to see water seeping out of the ground. Fishy technicians.
