Didn't use their service. But I can tell from contacting them that I will never call them for one. They are not honest people. Saw an ad on Craigslist for free woodchips IN THE FREE ITEMS SECTION. I was under the assumption that it is totally free. I have done it before with two local companies, it is a good deal, win win for both of us, they get rid of the entire truck load and I get free woodchips.
