Horrible Customer Service! Our refrigerator broke THE DAY the warranty expired, but we didn't figure it was broken until 2 days later when the freezer fully defrosted. I called to see if they could accomodate us, after all, a freezer doesn't completely defrosts in one day. It's 2 days of the expired warranty! I asked to renew the warranty and they brutally and utterly denied it because I had expressed there was a claim to be placed. Worthless. Waste of money. Don't even consider them.
