I scheduled an appointment yesterday for my son with Nancy Gonzalez at 10:00 AM. I chose that time because my son is autistic and cannot handle waiting around people for long periods. When we arrived, I was told the appointment was actually at 10:30 AM instead. This wasn’t just my issue — another patient here today said she had called to move her appointment from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM, and when she arrived they told her the change wasn’t made either.
