I went to 3 different top rated jewellery stores to get my wife's engagment ring that had a broken opal swapped to a blue sapphire we had. All 3 stores turned me away stating it was too difficult to change the setting from a flat opal stone to a stone that was multi-faceted and basically the whole ring would need to be remade. Went in for ring resizing and the service was so attentive! Felt very taken care of and when the ring didn’t feel quite right they took it back to fix it free of cost! Will be recommending and returning if I ever need resizing again!
Loved my experience here. Got my engagement ring resized, and my family heirloom Pearl necklace was restrung beautifully! They even polished the vintage clasp! And such a reasonable price. Thank you!
This is possibly the kindest business I’ve had the pleasure of finding. My husband got me a size 6 ring, sadly I’m a 7.5, and I walked in and they fixed it for me! I walked in around opening and got it back before 3! I was so happy!!
