Based on reviews, I popped in to see if my setting could be tightened. As expected, based on the many favourable reviews, Minh was LOVELY!! He educated me about the setting, the degree of loosening, normal changes overall and regular maintenance. He tightened my setting on the spot, cleaned my ring and then wouldn’t take my money!!!!! It’s always nice finding knowledgeable, passionate and trustworthy people in any industry and then I am confident I found my jewelry guy going forward. Thank you so much, Minh!!!
