This is possibly the kindest business I’ve had the pleasure of finding. My husband got me a size 6 ring, sadly I’m a 7.5, and I walked in and they fixed it for me! I walked in around opening and got it back before 3! I was so happy!!

I had an incredibly positive experience at Pacific Jewelry! The owners are kind, genuine, and truly care about their customers’ satisfaction. They made sure I was happy with every detail and were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. Their pricing is also very fair, a large jewelry store in Calgary quoted me over $800 to reset a center stone into a new setting, Pacific Jewelry offered to do it for about a third of that cost. I have been going to Pacific Jewellery for years with small repairs and the service and work has always been amazing, but last year when my mom lost her wedding ring, Minh went so far above and beyond to help us. My parents had their wedding rings custom made when they were overseas in the 70's and it was devastating when my mom lost hers.
