Worst billing process ever! They failed to get an authorization number from my insurance (Which I told them they need) and now the insurance won't pay and they want me to pay. After 5 calls over the past couple months all I get is "Don't worrying about it, we will take care of it in 7 to 10 days" and then I get another bill. WYI the is the Legacy imaging center in Cedar Hills.
Nice, caring and professional staff. Tech was very gentle while working with my very painful shoulder and expertly got the MRI completed quickly.
Very professional Staff. best Treatment i have had. felt very comfortable. and well taken care of.
