Terrible billing practices. They read my scans at Legacy which is in-network with my insurance, but they are out of network. They billed me for the reading. While I was fighting with my insurance to get it covered, they sent me to collections. If you go to Legacy Good Samaritan for a Mammogram, make sure you request that Pacific Imaging not read your scan. You may end up with a bill if you have Regence BlueCross and BlueShield.
Worst billing process ever! They failed to get an authorization number from my insurance (Which I told them they need) and now the insurance won't pay and they want me to pay. After 5 calls over the past couple months all I get is "Don't worrying about it, we will take care of it in 7 to 10 days" and then I get another bill. WYI the is the Legacy imaging center in Cedar Hills.
Nancy@front office & Patrick were very kind& helpful during our visit. Nice spacious lobby, quiet, no loudness whatsoever in order to enjoy the precious time to read or do whatsoever waiting. Thanks4 a positive experience!
Nice, caring and professional staff. Tech was very gentle while working with my very painful shoulder and expertly got the MRI completed quickly.
