Pacific Housing Group has managed the rental I own and done so quite well. They are great wit maintenance and have lowered that cost substantially since they took over last year. They have proven themselves to be very professional and diligent.
The do a great job wit the rental that they manage for me. It is well taken care of and the tenants are always top notch. I have been pleased with their service.
great management – I was called to the other side of the country for my job and was leaving 2 condos behind. Pacific Housing Group took over and took care of my current tenant as well as seeing to my vacant place. They had it rented quickly and I have not received one problem call.

great place – When I moved here I stayed with a friend for a while because I was having trouble finding a place. I then found Pacific Housing Group and they were a great help to my housing woes. I got the house I never knew I was looking for and never would have found it without their help. The last 6 months have been just fine with them and I love the area as well!

Great place – I moved to this area because of how great San Clemente is. I depended on Pacific Housing Group when I first got out here to find me a place I would be happy in. They found a place where I could see the ocean and walk to the beach. I was very pleased with their help and know I will be happy for a long time here.
