Be aware. One hit wonder reviews for this organization. Astounding employee rotation. Consistent inability to properly manage cases, and they frustrate their providers as well. When you do get a good provider, it behooves the care services recipient to get them on the IHSS program as a fallback. Reply to Owner Response: Reached out and left messages. Why bother? You cannot even follow-up on communications!

I have worked as a caregiver at Pacific HomeCare Services since May 2024 and I am very happy to be working for a company that truly cares about their clients but also their staff. I have felt supported and educated for my assignments. Staff respond promptly and help however possible. From HR / Onboarding to the Placement Manager and everyone in between. They work with your schedules and find clients best suited for your needs. Grateful to be a part of an amazing team.
