It took a little longer due to COVID-19, but we are SO happy to have refinanced with your help. PH Loans has saved us a tremendous amount on principle/interest and provided reasonable closing costs on our VA loan. I’m a US military veterans. I applied for VA home loan from this company and this company is a liar. Their agent told me to wait 6 months to get approve on the the Loan but they never call.
43 days from initial contact regarding my refinance to closing. I would say this is a pretty good turnaround. We had a few bumps with a water test and appraisal but John and Misty got things done to get our loan done on time. I highly recommend PH Loans. John Nation and Misty Fisher you are the best. Thanks for a great interest rate and a great loan.
