Bought a house they inspected the floors were rotted in the bathroom and they never told me had to get the whole bathroom remodeled. After being in my house for 8 years now there were clearly major issues I had to fix that they never caught. Not only that but the issues were so major it should of been found right away. Highly recommend not using them
