Very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Ramndeep Sekhon. I’ve been dealing with ongoing iron issues and expected some level of empathy, but the interaction felt impersonal and dismissive. I rarely use healthcare services and have been responsible with my care, which made this even more frustrating. I was charged $100 for missing a phone appointment due to an expired MSP I wasn’t aware of, with no flexibility or understanding. I am patient of Dr. Martin Doan. So are my parents. He is the best GP I've ever had. He is alway available and caring. Very empathetic. He spends a lot of time with myself and my parents. 100% would recommend!
I've been a patient at this clinic for around six months now, having switched over upon the retirement of my previous family doctor. Overall my experience with Pacific Heights and with my new family doctor, Dr. Paul Park, has been very positive. Appointments are easy to book online and are conducted professionally and efficiently.
