I've been a patient at this clinic for around six months now, having switched over upon the retirement of my previous family doctor. Overall my experience with Pacific Heights and with my new family doctor, Dr. Paul Park, has been very positive. Appointments are easy to book online and are conducted professionally and efficiently. Really happy with my experience at this family clinic! I saw Dr. Doan who was patient, easy to talk to, and made me feel heard. The staff are welcoming and the clinic is well run and organised. Definitely recommend!
Dr. Doan was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We felt very comfortable throughout the visit and appreciated the level of care and attention. Highly recommend. One of the best physicians in the area if not the best.
I am actually so mad at the receptionist lady that has a Indian accent. She is so unprofessional and rude beyond belief. Almost 3 days ago, i sent in the email with my full info because i was in a DESPERATE need to see a doctor. No call backs. I called them and told this receptionist girl that i was a new patient and i sent emails multiple times with no response.
